Jessica and Justin are two of my favorites. Their wedding was old Hollywood glam meets modern romance and a whole lot of party. Jessica wanted to find that perfect blend of green garden with city skyline so Greystone Mansion for the ceremony and The London Hotel for the reception were the perfect venues for their wedding. Beyond gorgeous scenery, these two are the most charismatic and fun couple. In fact, Justin’s best man surprised him during his toast with signs joking that he will be announcing his campaign to run for mayor of San Francisco in 2026! The signs and hats made for a great prop all night as the party did not stop.
This wedding was also a first for me because Justin called me out by name in his vows to Jessica. There was not a dry eye in the house as he mentioned writing several drafts of his vows to Jessica and nothing seeming to measure up to his feelings for her. He went on to say that he was nervous all morning before their first look. I always tell my couples right before this moment that the reason they do a first look is to really enjoy one another and take in the moment, so don’t worry about the cameras, don’t worry about anything but each other. I then had Justin face away from where Jessica was entering, close his eyes and hold out his hand waiting for Jessica to grab it. He mentioned this chat of ours in the vows, and went on to say that when she grabbed his hand, a feeling of calm came over him because he was with his better half and knew everything would be alright as long as they were together.
From emotional vows to sweet moments to a fabulous dance party on the rooftop of The London Hotel, this wedding did not disappoint, and I’m so excited to share all of my favorites with y’all!
