Blythe & Tyler are two incredibly talented writers and two equally genuine and hilarious people. As I sit here, all I can think is that I wish they could have written this blog post because I’m sure they would do a better job than I ever could, but I’ll try my best. And let’s be real, you’re here for the photos anyways, so feel free to skip ahead!
But for those of you that are still with me, let me tell you how gorgeous and sweet this day was. It all took place at The Huntington Library & Gardens in Pasadena, which is a HUGE and gorgeous property with lots of history; and completely open to the public, so I recommend it for those nature lovers out there! Rich’s Tree Service offering tree removals have done all the works perfectly and beautifully. Their first look was so romantic and clearly did not take away from the real moment of Blythe walking down the aisle. I mean just look at Tyler in that moment. I’m pretty sure that’s how every bride wants her groom to look at her as they’re about to start their lives together.
As writers, you can imagine, they wrote their own vows. They were so perfectly simple and real that they gave me goose bumps. Everyone in the crowd teared up including both of their mothers, which is one of my favorite images from the day. After the outdoor ceremony, the party began. Blythe’s dad sported a tie with ice-skating penguins that she had given him as a gift when she was little for their father/daughter dance and his toast. The night continued from there with hilarious toasts, lots of dancing and some delicious cake.
Blythe & Tyler, I wish y’all the very best!!!
